NTC is constantly and strongly focused on patients’ health and safety and on excellence in providing products and services.

During 2023, thanks to the great expertise of the Quality Dept., the following batches were released:
• 531 batches of medical devices
• 512 batches of pharmaceutical products
• 86 batches of food supplements

NTC assumes responsibility for the quality of its pharmaceutical products to ensure that they are fit for their intended use, comply with the requirements of the marketing authorization, and do not place patients at risk due to inadequate safety, quality or efficacy.

As a strategic decision, NTC has implemented an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) for the organization’s structure, processes, procedures, and resources. It will affect not just products and services, but all internal functions and external activities assigned to qualified partners.

NTC is a Total Quality Company.

Total Quality Management is an organizational approach focused on quality as a comprehensive goal, which allows us to focus on continuous improvements in solutions, because Quality is a value both for our patients and partners.

Customer satisfaction stems from the quality of our products and services, offered in compliance with laws and regulations on drugs, medical devices and food supplements. NTC’ s QMS is ISO13485 certified, and thus meets regulatory and customer requirements. NTC is committed to the maintenance of specific processes for the design, production and distribution of medical devices following a risk management approach . ISO13485 requires constant maintenance of the effectiveness of the QMS. Due to this certification, we can offer “ready-to-go” solutions to our international partners.

NTC has recently obtained the Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) in Canada and Brazil for the Design, Development and Manufacture of Solutions, Ointments and Gels for Ophthalmology MDSAP is a program that allows the conduct of a single regulatory audit of a medical device manufacturer’s quality management system that satisfies the requirements of multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
